Module One Add-on Workshop in Dublin

This Module One Add-on is a new workshop for communication partners of children who use Lámh, who have already completed the Module One Lámh Course, and who wish to extend their use of Lámh. It is suitable for those working with children from 0 to 12 years.

The Workshop includes:

  1. Revision of the 100+ Lámh signs from the Module One Lámh Course

  2. Research to support the use of manual signs and AAC with children

  3. 90 additional signs chosen with young Lámh users in mind

  4. Using toys, games and activities to teach understanding and use of signs

  5. Promoting Lámh in the pre-school and school environment

This workshop runs over one evening. Participants will receive a signbook and handbook along with access to an increased number of signs on the Lámh signs online resource.
